Step 2:

Search for available rental homes & create an account to be notified as soon as new homes become available. Click here to see what’s currently available. 

Step 3:

We’ll submit offers to the rental homes you like the most. If they accept, I’ll set up a tour for you to see it in person. This step saves you time by ensuring you only tour perfect matches.

Step 4:

When you find your perfect match, you’ll need to complete any additional steps the landlord may require before signing the lease. 

Step 5:

You’ll complete your final walk-through. Typically, this is when you’ll also sign the lease, pay the deposit & transaction fee, and GET YOUR KEYS! 

***Note: There is a $300 transaction fee due at lease signing, paid to the Brokerage (eXp Realty LLC) for Tenant Rep services; in addition to the deposit, which is paid to the landlord. The deposit amount can vary, but is often equal to the 1st & last months’ rent.
